Job Description
Holt is partnered with a global leader in the Technology, Communication, and Connectivity space to support two key Product Leadership roles.
Our client seeks two experienced, technically inclined Product Leaders to shape their product strategy and drive success across their portfolio, especially supporting Military and Government customers and programs. You will explore ways to evolve, transform, and future-proof products in line with the global strategy.
Key Experience for Senior Product Manager - Connectivity:- Lead development of new and existing products across Land, Maritime & Aero domains, defining scope, deliverables, workstreams, and milestones.
- Engage with partners, customers, and prospects to define market requirements and translate them into Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) for Engineering teams.
- Own and evangelize the product vision, articulating the WHAT and WHY of product efforts.
- Develop and refine Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) aligned with market needs.
- Coordinate with central Engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are incorporated into the final product.
- Manage product business cases, advocating for funding and resources.
- Manage product roadmaps outlining strategic direction.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including enablement, launch, and feedback processes.
- 7+ years managing products or similar functions.
- 5+ years managing engineering teams within a product development setting.
- Experience with managed services, software development, or network infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in product transformation.
- Experience in Satellite Communications industry.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development frameworks.
- Comfortable with technical details and credible with engineering teams regarding trade-offs, scalability, and performance.
- Understanding of customer-focused design thinking processes.
