As part of Quilter, a FTSE-250 wealth management company overseeing £126.63 billion in customer investments (as of August 2025), Quilter Invest aims to bridge the advice gap by offering digital guidance and seamless investment solutions. The platform supports customers with accessible tools and works with financial advisers to deliver tailored financial planning for long-term prosperity.As Head of Product at Quilter Invest, you will spearhead the product strategy and execution for our D2C platform, driving growth, user engagement, and innovation in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape. This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-growth environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director for Quilter Invest and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and commercial teams across the Quilter group.What makes this role best in class is its emphasis on strategic vision combined with hands-on execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and user obsession. In the UK fintech sector, where competition from other D2C platforms is fierce, a top-tier Head of Product must not only deliver features but also anticipate market shifts, such as the rise of sustainable investing or AI-driven personalisation. Key Responsibilities Define and Execute Product Vision and Strategy Lead Cross-Functional Teams Drive User-Centric Innovation Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Monitor Performance and Optimise Foster Partnerships and Ecosystem Integration # About You Required Skills and Experience Proven track record as a Head of Product or senior product leader in fintech, ideally within D2C investment or wealth management platforms, with externsive relevant experience. Deep understanding of UK financial regulations (FCA, PRA) and fintech trends, including digital transformation and behavioural economics in investing. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams, demonstrated by successful product launches that achieved measurable business outcomes Expertise in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Amplitude) and methodologies (agile, lean), with a data-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at executive levels. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
