Pearson Carter are currently working with a Fintech investment company who are looking for a strong product designer who can come into the team, be a steward for design and champion AI

They offer a base salary of £70k - £90k

Responsibilities:

• Take Ownership of UI design
• Be the senior within the team and be the go-to person for UI
• Design focus, use AI tools like Cursor and/or Claude

Experience:

• Figma including advanced component and library management
• UI fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, colour, and interaction design
• React
• AI tools like Cursor and Claude

Salary

They offer an excellent salary: £70k - £90k

Location

This client has an office in London however you only need to go to office twice a week.
