Senior Product Designer - XR/AR for Construction Innovation

XYZ Reality in London is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own experiences across our XR headset and web platform, turning BIM/construction workflows into intuitive tools that connect planning in the office with site execution.

You will lead design from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Hardware teams, and applying AI-native methods to research, prototyping and iteration. Figma and multi-device design are essential.
