Senior Product Designer - PropTech/B2B SaaS - Outside IR35 - £400/day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a leading PropTech business building software for real estate/estate agency customers across the UK and internationally.

You'll be leading design on a responsive CRM used by estate agents as well as a new consumer product for owners and tenants, working end-to-end from discovery through to high-fidelity prototypes and handover.

• Contract - Outside IR35
• Up to £400/day (DOE)
• Remote (UK) with 1 day per week in the London or Leeds office
• PropTech/Real Estate, B2B SaaS

What you'll be doing

• Lead product design for a responsive CRM used by estate agents and a new consumer-facing product.
• Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, user testing and hand-off.
• Translate user and business needs into intuitive product experiences across both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering in an agile environment.

Essential Experience

• Strong Figma experience (prototyping essential)
• Proven background in B2B SaaS product design
• If you have agency experience, you must also have recent hands-on B2B SaaS work
• Experience across the whole product design life cycle
• At least 7 years' product design experience, with 2+ years in an in-house product team
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience creating B2B tools (CRM, dashboards, workflow tools)
• Experience with Generative or Agentic AI in design workflows
• Background in real estate or complex data-heavy products
