Senior Product & Propositions Leader

Barclays is seeking a Product and Propositions Manager for its Business Banking Product Team in London. The role focuses on developing and managing products and customer journeys, driving strategy and execution across Product, Technology, Data, Risk and Operations, using data and AI to shape growth.

The role requires owning the product lifecycle, guiding stakeholders, and delivering outcomes for customers and the bank from concept through launch and beyond, in a London-based office.
