Job Description

Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Senior Process Engineer for our manufacturing client based in Co. Tipperary.

Commutable from: Clonmel, Cahir, Carrick-on-Suir, Fethard, Cashel, Kilkenny, Waterford and surrounding areas.

This is a hands on engineering role focused on solving production problems, improving plant performance, and leading continuous improvement projects within a busy manufacturing environment.

Your New Role

  • Process Improvement - Drive efficiency, quality, and downtime reduction across the plant.

  • Problem Solving - Investigate production issues and implement practical solutions.

  • Projects - Lead improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and production trials.

  • Continuous Improvement - Support Lean initiatives and work closely with production and maintenance teams.

What You Need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years' manufacturing or process engineering experience.

  • Strong experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and problem solving.

  • Experience leading projects and driving operational improvements.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
