Senior Probation Officer - Team Leader & Public Protection

The Senior Probation Officer role within the National Probation Service requires leadership of a Local Delivery Unit and delivery of high standards in staff management, performance, and partnership work. You will ensure cost-effective resource deployment and alignment with HMPPS contracts and local business plans.
