Senior Probation Officer - Lead, Innovate & Protect

The National Probation Service is seeking a Senior Probation Officer to lead a team within a Local Delivery Unit and provide management across sites. The base location is negotiable within the Probation Delivery Unit, with a focus on effective leadership, safeguarding and achieving high standards in line with NPS policies.

The post may require out-of-hours work and involves coordinating with partners, analysing performance data and driving continuous service improvement.
