An established and highly regarded law firm in Chippenham, Wiltshire is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team. This is a succession planning role offering long term career progression, a high quality caseload and a genuinely supportive working environment.
Key Details- Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire

You will manage an established private client caseload, working closely with High Net Worth Individuals and families. Matters will include UK and international assets, making this an intellectually engaging and commercially valuable role.
Key responsibilities include- Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and estate structuring
- Trust drafting, trust administration and ongoing trust advice
- Probate and full administration of estates
- Advising high net worth clients, including entrepreneurs, landowners and farming clients
- Delivering tailored estate planning and succession advice
- 5+ years PQE in Private Client law
- Strong experience in IHT planning, trusts and probate
- Ability to manage a varied and complex private client caseload
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
- STEP qualification or currently working towards full STEP membership
- Full support provided for STEP training
- High value, complex private client work
