Senior Pricing Manager

Our client a leading organisation within the Irish health insurance market is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to lead the development and delivery of pricing strategy across a growing portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role with strong visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to shape pricing strategy, influence commercial outcomes, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy across the health insurance portfolio
• Own and enhance pricing models, tools, and methodologies
• Deliver portfolio analysis and translate insights into commercial recommendations
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Actuarial, and Sales
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing pricing team

Requirements

• Qualified Actuary with 3+ years PQE
• Strong experience in health insurance pricing
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Strong analytical and commercial skillset
• Advanced technical skills (Excel, SQL, VBA)
