Senior Pre-Construction Lead - IDB & Water Infrastructure

Balfour Beatty is seeking a senior Technical Head of Pre-Construction to lead and grow its IDB capability across Regional Civils. You will blend technical pre-construction expertise with strong customer relationships, work-winning ability and strategic market development.

You'll lead early discussions with clients and partners, coordinating design, estimating, planning and commercial inputs to shape practical, innovative solutions for pumping stations and related civil works.
