Senior Practitioner, Adult Safeguarding - Impact & Leadership

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking an experienced social worker to lead safeguarding assessments for adults at risk and develop long-term support plans. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure coordinated responses and improve outcomes.
