Senior Policy Lead, Value Chain & ESG Advocacy

The LEGO Group is seeking a policy professional to lead and coordinate advocacy across trade policy, ESG and IP rights within GPA. Based in London, Copenhagen or Billund, you will work with cross-functional teams to shape policy signals and translate external developments into actionable business guidance.

You will manage the Value Chain Policy Working Group, drive stakeholder engagement, and support foresight activities with dashboards and horizon scans.
