Senior Platform Leader - Customer Experience & SaaS

Stott and May is seeking a Senior Platform Lead / Service Product Manager to own and drive the technical strategy for our customer experience platforms. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CX solutions.

In this hands-on role, you will manage SAP CX, Emarsys and related services, set roadmaps, govern incidents, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to raise customer engagement and operational excellence.
