Senior Platform Engineer: Developer Enablement Self-Service

Capital on Tap is seeking a Senior Engineer for Developer Enablement in London. You will shape the developer platform, own golden paths, and drive adoption across services. You'll work closely with product teams in the office two days a week, delivering fast, safe, self-service tooling and end-to-end automation.

You will mentor engineers, design standards for Kubernetes, CI/CD and platform tooling, and contribute to a culture focused on speed, quality and measurable developer experience metrics.
