Senior Planning Officer: Major Projects & Master Planning

North Herts Council is seeking a Senior Planning Officer (Major Projects) to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis in Letchworth Garden City. This role requires you to manage a caseload and contribute to the delivery of two significant neighbourhoods consisting of over 2,000 homes.

Responsibilities include preparing committee reports and engaging with planning control committees. The role can be offered on a full or part-time basis, with office attendance required twice a week.
