Senior Planning Officer & Deputy Team Lead (Major)

Kirklees Metropolitan Council in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Planning Officer- Deputy Team Leader to help lead the Development Management Team. You will mentor and manage Planners, progress complex Major development proposals and appeals, and ensure timely, quality decisions.

The role requires sound knowledge of planning legislation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a digital environment within a small team.
