Job Description

The team is looking to make a hire at least at the Senior Associate level. This is an opportunity to join a national and leading Planning team. If you have extensive Planning experience and are seeking a new firm, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

The team is seeking someone with specific experience in the Consenting side of things, including a strong working knowledge of:

• Compulsory acquisition/purchase
• Planning Act 2008
• Transport and Works Act 1992
• Town and Country Planning Act 1990

You will be working alongside leading lawyers in the field, handling a busy caseload of top-quality work.

The Successful Applicant

As this is an experienced hire, candidates are likely to have at least 5 years' experience in this area. Our client is open to candidates at all levels of PQE.
