Responsibilities

As the Senior Planner & Co-ordinator you will oversee the installation and operation of automated machines across retailers throughout Northern Ireland. You'll provide on-site training, collaborate with the Brand Support Manager, and work alongside Service Engineer Providers to ensure smooth, efficient operations and optimal consumer experiences.

Installation & Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate and manage the installation of automated machines with third-party agencies across multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient setup.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database tracking the location, status, and performance of machines across all sites.
  • Communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements clearly to internal teams, third-party partners, and site managers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Provide in-store training on equipment operation and offer troubleshooting support during and after installation.
  • Conduct regular quality audits in-store and share insights to support continuous operational improvement.
Stock Management & Ordering
  • Oversee the effective management of consumables and stock levels, including conducting regular stock checks.
  • Ensure store staff are trained in stock control procedures through designated training platforms.
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage daily stock control and support automated ordering systems.
Essential Criteria
  • Experience in similar role
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with Coffee preferred but not essential
  • Expertise in stock forecasting in line with rollout plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (cell formatting, formulas, data validation), and experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
