RoleLong term freelance opportunity for a Senior Planner in Northampton paying competitive day rate. A Senior Planner to work with a tier 1 sized main contractor on large data centre projects in Northamptonshire. This is an opportunity to be site based, as well remote working. You will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Planning Manager and Construction Director. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
Responsibilities- Provide planning support on a large data centre project for a main contractor.
- Collaborate with the construction team and report to the Planning Manager and Construction Director.
- Work on site-based planning activities with some remote working as part of a broader project team.
- Proven track record as a Planner with a Main Contractor.
- Experience using ASTA/P6.
- Experience on NEC form of contract.
This is a freelance opportunity for a minimum of 10 months. The role is site based with potential remote working as part of the arrangement.
