We are hiring a Senior Physiotherapist for a leading Nursing Home in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

Be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, and the development and implementation of individualised, patient-centred treatment plans in line with evidence-based best practice.

Develop, maintain, and promote high professional standards of clinical practice within the service.

Work within own scope of professional competence in accordance with principles of best practice, professional conduct, and clinical governance, and in alignment with the standards of the relevant Irish professional body.

Promote and support a positive workplace culture that reflects company values, with a strong commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Requirements
  • Hold a Physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
  • Be registered as a Physiotherapist with CORU.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in older persons' care, rehabilitation, or acute medicine.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and clinical expertise required in older persons' physiotherapy and stroke rehabilitation.
  • Ability to manage an autonomous caseload and work effectively at Senior Physiotherapist level.
  • Experience supervising Staff Grade Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and physiotherapy students.
  • Hold a full, valid driving licence with access to a car.
  • Postgraduate qualification or additional training in rehabilitation, older persons' care, or orthopaedics is desirable.
  • Leadership, mentoring, management training, and strong IT and clinical documentation skills are desirable.
