Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Chartered Physiotherapist with postgraduate general Physiotherapy experience and relevant specialist experience.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Knowledge of HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
• Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.

Duties of this role include:

• Manage a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to a high standard, ensuring excellent patient care.
• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for inpatients and outpatients.
• Conduct surgical pre-operative assessments in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical guidance to other physiotherapy staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a professional, caring environment.
