Job Description
Senior Physiotherapist - Home First team

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our Home First team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an integrated, system-wide service supporting timely hospital discharge and recovery at home. You will play a key role in promoting independence, reducing unnecessary hospital stays and embedding a person-centred, strengths-based approach. The role offers the chance to contribute to service development, support and supervise junior staff and students, and work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, effective and compassionate therapy in the patients own environment.

  • Meet the essential education/qualifications required for the role
  • Hold the necessary mandatory professional/clinical registration
  • Evidence of the Trust values and behaviours
  • Evidence of any other essential criteria outlined in the personal specification
