Senior Personal Banker: Build Trust & Digital Banking

NatWest Group in Swansea is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to build strong customer relationships and promote our growing range of digital services. You'll support customers with personal banking decisions, including health checks and product recommendations, in-branch or via video banking.

The role offers an office-first environment with flexible hours between 8am and 8pm, and training towards external qualifications. A Professional Bankers Certificate is part of the development path.
