Senior Performance Analyst

Our client - public sector - is seeking the addition of an experienced Senior Performance Analyst on an interim basis.

As a Senior Performance Analyst you will lead data-driven insights for agile product teams by analysing user behavior across digital services and diverse data sources to guide feature prioritisation and improve user experience.

Key experience:

• Proficient with platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook/X analytics, and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Skilled in managing large datasets using BigQuery, APIs, and SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Experienced in agile environments, translating business objectives into actionable metrics, and driving implementation strategies, roadmaps, and measurement frameworks.
• Strong data storytelling ability, presenting insights to varied audiences and upskilling non-technical team members to foster data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledgeable in GDPR/PECR compliance, statistical methods, and A/B or multivariate testing for performance optimisation.
