Senior People Partner, UK & Ireland - Strategic Org Design

Legora is scaling rapidly, seeking a Senior People Partner based in London to own the people agenda for UK & Ireland. You'll partner with senior leadership to shape organization design, talent strategy, and health, reporting to the Director, Business Partnering EMEA and collaborating with CoEs.

You'll drive performance, accountability, and change, guiding leadership through growth, reorganizations, and cultural initiatives while aligning with global frameworks.
