Senior People Partner, UK & GTM Strategy

Epassi is seeking a Senior People Partner for the UK based in Haywards Heath. You will partner GTM leadership on organisation design, talent, performance and change - embedding a people lens in business decisions from day one.

As the senior People contact point for the UK, you'll advise local leadership on employee relations, employment law, consultations and works council, while shaping group policies to fit local context.
