Senior People Partner Lead - Corporate, Product & Tech

Neko Health is seeking a senior HR leader to drive organisational design, workforce planning and culture across Corporate Functions and Product & Technology. You will partner with the Global People lead to translate business strategy into people priorities and programs, guiding leadership development and change initiatives with professional discretion.

The role focuses on forming scalable structures, internal equity and talent mobility across diverse functions while embedding Neko's Vitals into
