Up to £100,000 base salary

Based West London - hybrid working 3x days onsite

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Partner strategically with senior leaders to design and deliver impactful people plans with measurable results.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple regions, including the UK, Germany, and India.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, navigating ambiguity while supporting current and future business needs.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through workforce planning, compensation, talent management, and performance reviews.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and resolve cases effectively when required.
  • Use data and insights to influence decision-making and drive meaningful organisational improvements.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, leading initiatives to create a more equitable and engaging workplace.
  • Thrive in a highly matrixed organisation, collaborating across teams to deliver results.
  • Take a hands-on approach, demonstrating a proactive mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves in a growing business.
About You
  • Significant experience as a strategic HR business partner with a generalist skill set and the ability to add strategic value.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Experience supporting technology, product, or media-focused organisations is highly desirable.
  • Confidence in managing change, scaling organisations, and operating in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and navigating diverse work cultures.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset.
