Senior People Partner - UK Talent & Experience

Leonardo in Newcastle is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead the UK People Plan, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver people initiatives and foster a positive, productive environment.

You will work standalone in Newcastle within the Radar and Advanced Targeting People Team, drive change, coach leaders, champion employee experience and inclusion, and align people strategies with business objectives.
