Senior People Partner - Leadership & Transformation

Dawsongroup is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support Truck and Trailer, Vans, Energy Solutions, and Bus and Coach across a nationwide, multi-site organisation. You will partner senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear people strategies.

You will act as a trusted adviser to executive leaders, embed our People operating model, and drive performance management, talent and change initiatives with strong employee relations judgement.
