Senior People Partner - GTM Growth & Culture

GWI is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to own the talent agenda for our Go-To-Market teams in London. This senior role reports to the VP, People and Culture and works closely with senior leaders to drive growth, engagement and inclusion.

You will translate business strategy into people plans, coach leaders, and shape performance, rewards and development. The role requires a strong UK employment law background and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
