Senior People Experience & Culture Lead

East West Railway Company in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Programme Engagement & Culture Manager to shape people experience across the programme. You will design a system-wide engagement strategy and lead cross-employer initiatives.

You will run pulse surveys, listening programmes, and communications across EWR, Network Rail, and partners, helping teams feel connected, engaged and able to do their best work.
