Senior People & Culture Leader - Luxury Hospitality

The Headland Hotel Co. Ltd invites a seasoned Head of People & Culture to shape our people strategy. You will advise the Managing Director and the board, guiding a small People team and influencing the culture across 250+ staff in a luxury Cornwall hotel.

You will lead on talent, leadership development and employee experience, ensuring we attract, retain and engage exceptional people within a high-service hospitality context.
