Senior People Analytics & Insights Partner

Markel Group is seeking a Senior People Analyst to turn workforce data into strategic insights that inform talent and workforce decisions. You will partner with HR and business leaders to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, shaping future people strategies with data, storytelling, and analytics.

You'll drive analytics, dashboards and reporting across international markets, supporting regulatory reporting and compensation needs while championing AI and automation to scale insights.
