Job Description

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a Senior HR Data & Insights Lead (People Analytics) for a 6-month FTC based in Manchester. You will own the organisation's data strategy, drive executive dashboards, and govern HR data across multiple systems including HiBob and ADP.

The role requires advanced Power BI and SQL skills, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of turning data into strategic business recommendations for executive committees and boards.
