Senior Pensions Trainer (UK DB Expertise)

Aptia UK Limited is seeking a Senior Pensions Trainer to raise technical capability within our UK Pensions Administration teams. You will translate complex pensions legislation and regulatory requirements into engaging learning experiences for colleagues across the business.

We're looking for a senior pensions professional with deep Defined Benefit expertise, knowledge of Defined Contribution, and a passion for coaching others. CPC/ADRP desirable; experience with eLearning platforms is a plus.
