Senior Payroll Leader - UK & IRL Ops

The JD Group is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a high performing payroll function delivering accurate, timely service for over 25,000 colleagues across GBR, IRL, and Offshore. You will manage 22 payrolls, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the People Leadership Team.

You will work with three other Payroll Managers and reporting to the Head of Payroll - UK & IRL, guiding teams to operate with governance, efficiency, and a strong customer focus.
