Job Details: Senior Payroll Administrator - Cardiff 
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Cardiff. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to maintain employee data and deliver excellent service.
- Manage payroll processing, RTI filing, pension uploads, and report generation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Prepare month-end journals and reports for audit and financial purposes.
- Oversee CIS submissions.
- Train and supervise junior payroll staff.
- Experience managing payroll for multiple clients, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Ability to produce accurate payroll reports and documents.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Knowledge of HMRC legislation and pension auto-enrolment.
- Understanding of data protection laws related to payroll.
- Proficiency in payroll software; familiarity with BrightPay is desirable.
