Senior Parts Advisor - Lead Team, Drive Parts Profit

Snows Motor Group is seeking a Senior Parts Advisor to join the Kia team at our Bournemouth and Newbury locations. You will lead the Parts Team, drive profitability and ensure high levels of customer service within the dealership.

You will manage stock, negotiate with suppliers, mentor staff and collaborate with Sales, Service and Administration. A technical qualification or proven parts experience is essential with a strong focus on CES targets.
