Senior Paralegal, Trainee Solicitor

Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of divorce and domestic violence matters
• Carrying out delegated work for senior lawyers, across a wide variety of family law matters
• Drafting documents and correspondence
• Conducting legal research and supporting solicitors in case preparation
• Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy
• Attending court hearings and meetings where applicable

Requirements

• A Senior Paralegal: who has completed the SQE1, and has a minimum of 1 years' experience in family law
• A Trainee Solicitor: who has completed the LPC and has a minimum of 1 years' experience in family law
• Experience of supporting and progressing family law matters including divorce and domestic violence matters
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage workloads efficiently and work well under pressure
• A pro-active and client-focused approach
