Senior Paralegal, Asset Servicing (EMEA) - Limerick

Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a senior paralegal to support its EMEA asset servicing businesses. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel in Ireland, you will handle legal work across fund services, global custody, and related agreements.

You will draft and review NDAs, intercompany and amendment agreements, prepare execution versions using DocuSign, and work with advisory lawyers to ensure U.S., EMEA and APAC consistency.
