Senior Paid Social Growth Lead

Incubeta Group is seeking a Senior Social Manager to own a portfolio of accounts, driving client growth through bespoke channel strategies on some of our largest clients. You will lead on strategy, develop junior team members, and build strong client relationships.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, ensure high-quality delivery, identify growth opportunities, and shape how our channel proposition evolves across social media platforms. This role rewards strategic thinking and leadership.
