For the successful Senior Packing Team Leader our client is offering:

• £16.37 per hour
• Temp to perm position

The role - Senior Packing Team Leader:

• Ensure all products are packed to safety and quality standards, including preventing contamination, maintaining temperature, and meeting weight tolerances.
• Manage and coordinate labour to meet deadlines.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Ensure GMP compliance, including maintenance and segregation.
• Manage stock rotation and partially filled boxes.
• Coordinate with Goods Out, managers, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report performance or training issues to the Packing Manager.
• Oversee packing shed operations and report any problems.

What our client is looking for in a Senior Packing Team Leader:

• Previous experience in packing or production department as a team leader - ESSENTIAL
• Previous food manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL
