Senior PA & Admin Lead - Regional Office Ops

INMO in Galway and Limerick is seeking a Senior PA/Admin Officer to oversee the smooth operation of our regional offices. The role includes reception duties and providing comprehensive administrative services, with cross-cover when other admin staff are absent.

The successful candidate will supervise the PA team, coordinate member contacts by phone/email/visit, and support the Industrial Relations Team with casework and information dissemination across the regions.
