Job Description

Senior P2P Consultant

Contract Duration: 6-12 months (possible extensions)
Location: Krakow, Poland
Language Requirements: Fluent English & Polish

We are looking for a Senior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to take the lead on a high-impact transformation programme. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in P2P processes and technology, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver results in complex, global environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end P2P transformation initiatives, from assessment through design to implementation.

  • Define and deliver best-in-class P2P process frameworks, policies, and controls.

  • Drive process optimisation in alignment with client goals and industry benchmarks.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Shared Services.

  • Support solution architecture and deployment using leading P2P technologies, including:

    • SAP ECC/S/4HANA (MM, FI)

    • OpenText VIM or equivalent

    • Procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.)

  • Conduct workshops, capture requirements, and guide implementation teams.

  • Provide SME input on supplier on-boarding, PO compliance, invoice matching, work-flow automation, and payment controls.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of proven experience in P2P process design and execution.

  • Deep process knowledge of the full P2P life cycle - sourcing, purchasing, invoice processing, and payment.

  • Hands-on experience delivering projects using leading technologies such as SAP, VIM, Oracle (SAP experience mandatory).

  • Experience with global delivery models and large, complex client environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English and Polish.

  • Manufacturing/Engineering

  • FMCG/Consumer Goods

  • Energy/Utilities


Nice to Have

  • Experience with shared service centre transitions or BPO environments.

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, audit, controls).

  • Additional fluency in Spanish, German, or Swedish.
