Senior Outdoor Instructor: Lead Training & Centre Ops

TYF is recruiting a Senior Outdoor Instructor for a fixed-term Mar-Oct 2027. The role leads high-quality sessions across land and water activities, with responsibility for staff training, equipment stores and programme development.

A hands-on leadership position focused on mentoring, safety and continuous improvement. Applicants should have significant outdoor instruction experience, strong group management and excellent judgement under pressure, plus relevant boating and safety qualifications.
