Senior Oracle Developer - Power a Global HR Tech Revolution

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - 2 days a week in-office)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

You will work with cutting-edge Oracle HCM Cloud tech, collaborate with global HR teams, and help shape the future of digital employee experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Optimise & Enhance: Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and ORC
  • Build Smart Solutions: Develop integrations, HCM Extracts, and fast formulas to streamline global HR operations
  • Deliver Insight: Create powerful reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
  • Lead Innovation: Use AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes
  • Own Quality: Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless adoption across the business
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Oracle HR Systems - Oracle HR OR Oracle HCM OR Oracle Fusion
  • A strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, or Recruiting
  • Willingness to grow into Oracle HCM Development if not already there
  • Your background: Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A solid track record in HRIS or HR application development
