You will work with cutting-edge Oracle HCM Cloud tech, collaborate with global HR teams, and help shape the future of digital employee experiences.
Responsibilities- Optimise & Enhance: Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and ORC
- Build Smart Solutions: Develop integrations, HCM Extracts, and fast formulas to streamline global HR operations
- Deliver Insight: Create powerful reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
- Lead Innovation: Use AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes
- Own Quality: Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless adoption across the business
- Proven experience with Oracle HR Systems - Oracle HR OR Oracle HCM OR Oracle Fusion
- A strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, or Recruiting
- Willingness to grow into Oracle HCM Development if not already there
- Your background: Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- A solid track record in HRIS or HR application development
