Senior Ops Leader - Clinical Services (12-Month Leave)

Trinity Hospice is seeking an Operational Manager for Clinical Services to lead day-to-day operations across inpatient and community services, including hospital palliative care and clinical administration. This maternity cover for up to 12 months requires strong governance, quality and risk management oversight to ensure learning and improvements are embedded.

The role will report on performance data to senior leadership and the Board.
